2. How we use information
We use information to run EchoFlux.ai and witme.io, process transactions, deliver paid access, send notices, detect abuse and fraud, and improve performance.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe and not stored directly by us. See stripe.com/privacy.
4. witme.io pages and data visibility
Creators can see fan information needed to deliver offerings on their witme.io page. Creators do not get cross-creator purchase history. When you browse witme.io (including discovery areas), we may log page views and coarse usage events for operations and traffic measurement.
5. Sharing and Providers
We do not sell personal information for money. We share data with hosting, security, analytics, and payment providers as needed, and when required by law.
Where you use Fan Hub live streaming or similar real-time video features, we may process limited account identifiers, session metadata, and technical diagnostics with our streaming infrastructure vendors so fans can join shows and purchases can be validated. Those vendors process data under their own terms and as our subprocessors for the service.
6. Cookies and Security
We use cookies/local storage for login, preferences, analytics, and abuse prevention. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Creator images, photos, videos, messages, and paid content are COPYRIGHT PROTECTED © All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, screen recording, copying, downloading, redistribution, resale, or publication is prohibited and may result in legal action, including financial damages and penalties. We will pursue civil and criminal litigation against anyone infringing our clients' copyrights.
7. Retention and Rights
We keep data as needed for service operations, compliance, and dispute handling. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability.
