These Terms govern use of EchoFlux.ai (creator studio and dashboard) and witme.io (public creator pages and fan checkout), including messaging, subscriptions, tips, and sessions where enabled.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create accounts or make purchases.

2. Platform structure

EchoFlux.ai is where creators sign in, configure their page, and manage payouts. witme.io is where fans open creator pages (for example witme.io/handle). The same accounts and Stripe-powered checkout may be used across both.

3. Creator access

Creator studio plans and billing are managed through EchoFlux.ai. witme.io hosts the pages fans visit; there is no separate creator application on witme.io.

4. Fan purchases, billing, and account deletion

Creator-page purchases may include memberships, paid content, tips, direct messages, and sessions where enabled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Memberships may renew until canceled. Refund handling depends on checkout terms, creator policy, and applicable law.

If you delete your fan account, access ends immediately and recurring memberships are canceled so you are not charged again. That does not refund amounts already billed for the current period unless required by law or stated at checkout. Canceling a membership without deleting your account usually keeps access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

5. Content and Conduct Rules

Users may not post or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

No exploitation or sexual content involving minors
No non-consensual content or extortion
No hate, harassment, scams, or impersonation
No unauthorized use of others' intellectual property

6. Content Use Restrictions

Creator content and messages are for personal on-platform use only. Copying, scraping, recording, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Platform role and liability

EchoFlux.ai and witme.io provide infrastructure and checkout tooling. Creator-specific offers and creator–fan interactions are primarily between the creator and fan.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided as-is and without guarantees of uninterrupted access.

We may update these Terms and will update the date above when changes are posted.
