EchoFlux and witme are built for a safe, creator-first, fan-friendly environment. These guidelines apply to both creators and fans across content, messaging, and paid interactions.

Table of contents

Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, illegal sales, financial fraud, stalking, trafficking, organized abuse, or criminal coordination.

Users must comply with local law and with platform terms, payment rules, and safety requirements.

2. Minor Safety and Consent Standards

Any sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

Non-consensual sexual material, deepfake abuse, extortion, doxxing, coercion, and threats are prohibited.

3. Rights, Ownership, and Identity Integrity

4. Harassment and Harmful Conduct

Hate speech, targeted harassment, violent threats, intimidation, blackmail, and encouragement of self-harm are prohibited.

Repeated abusive messages, sexually coercive demands, or attempts to bypass boundaries may result in immediate account restrictions.

5. Payment and Commercial Abuse

Scams, fake offers, charge fraud, card testing, payout manipulation, and deceptive conversion tactics are prohibited.

Creators must represent offers truthfully and avoid bait-and-switch pricing, false urgency, or misleading claims.

6. Spam and Platform Manipulation

Do not use bots or coordinated behavior to fake engagement, spam messages, scrape private data, or circumvent access controls.

Attempts to bypass suspensions, blocks, or payment restrictions are violations.

7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Do not publish private personal information without consent, including legal name, address, payment details, or government identifiers.

Fan and creator data obtained through the platform may only be used for legitimate interactions related to platform use.

8. Reporting and Safety Tools

Use built-in reporting and blocking tools if you experience abuse, scams, rights violations, or other unsafe behavior.

We may review reported content, account metadata, and payment-related records to investigate and enforce these standards.

9. Enforcement Actions

Policy violations may result in warnings, content removal, reduced discoverability, messaging limits, payment holds, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Serious violations may be escalated to payment providers, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required.

10. Appeals and Updates

In eligible cases, users may request a review of moderation actions through support channels. We may update these guidelines to address evolving safety and compliance needs.
