Last updated: April 3, 2026

These Payment Terms apply to transactions completed through witme.io creator pages and related EchoFlux-powered checkout, including memberships, unlocks, tips, sessions, and other paid fan features.

Table of contents

1. Checkout Authorization

When you complete checkout, you authorize the payment method selected for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes or required fees where disclosed.

You are responsible for ensuring billing information is accurate and up to date.

2. Payment Processing Partners

Payments are processed by Stripe and related service providers. Processor terms, risk rules, identity checks, and settlement timing may also apply.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3. Recurring Membership Billing

Membership subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval displayed at checkout until canceled before the next billing date.

If pricing changes for a recurring membership, updated pricing terms will be shown according to applicable notice rules before the change takes effect.

4. One-Time Payments

Tips, unlocked content, session fees, and other one-time purchases are generally final once access or delivery has begun, unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy Framework

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, checkout disclosures, and offer-specific terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary by payment provider and financial institution.

6. Failed, Reversed, or Delayed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, paid access may be paused or removed until payment is resolved.

We may retry eligible recurring charges using processor-supported retry logic and account-updater tools where available.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly before initiating a chargeback when possible.

During payment disputes, we may temporarily restrict related access, messaging, or paid features while the case is reviewed.

8. Fraud Prevention and Compliance Controls

For safety, anti-fraud, AML/compliance, and legal obligations, we may hold, block, review, or cancel transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant.

Additional verification may be required before certain transactions or payouts are completed.

9. Taxes and Currency

Displayed currency, tax treatment, and totals may vary by jurisdiction, payment method, or creator settings.

Creators are generally responsible for their own business tax obligations unless local law requires another allocation of responsibility.

10. Pricing Errors and Corrections

If a clear technical or pricing error occurs at checkout, we may void, correct, or reverse the affected transaction with notice where feasible.

11. Regional Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Payment Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
